FORMOSAT-2’s daily revisit capability enables rapid coverage of large areas and optimized tasking to obtain cloud-free imagery. Images are subsequently orthorectified and mosaicked. 
 
In the example here, 66 images at 2-m resolution were mosaicked to cover Djibouti.
